Refund Policy

Returns for Damaged Products:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return for a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at chat button. Provide a detailed description of the damage and, if possible, include photographic evidence.
  • Once we receive and review your claim, we'll arrange for the return of the damaged product. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of damaged items.
  • After we receive the returned product and confirm the damage, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please Note:

  • We only accept returns and provide refunds for products that are damaged upon arrival.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned product.
  • Products returned without prior notification to our customer service team may not be eligible for a refund.
